How long to keep food in the refrigerator?

Even in the freezer, you should not store food for a year: useful properties are lost.

Product groups and optimal shelf life:

Vegetables (cucumbers, bell peppers, tomatoes)   keep up to 7 days. But they begin to lose nutritional value from the second day of storage.

Fresh herbs(parsley, dill, lettuce, green onion) - 2 days without loss of quality. Salads with herbs and vegetables are subject to the same shelf life.
