Multi-door refrigerators and their features

multi-door refrigerator

Diversity appears in the range of standard refrigerators: in addition to the possibility of “hanging” the door to a convenient side, Liebherr offered an unusual version of a multi-door refrigerator CBNES 6256 PREMIUMPLUS BIOFRESH NOFROST and CBNBE 6256. How do such refrigerators differ from standard ones?

Multi-door refers to refrigerators that have multiple doors. Technically, even if the refrigerator and freezer compartment open separately, then we are talking about a multi-door refrigerator. But in this case we are talking about the French type of door opening - French Doors.

The main difference is not one door on the refrigerator compartment, but two short hinged doors that open in different directions according to the type of cabinet.

Non-standard arrangement and shorter doors compared to conventional design  - this is a convenient option for a refrigerator in a room with limited space, when the open door of the refrigerator is already beginning to cramp.

In addition, on the wide shelves of the refrigerator compartment, you can easily place a large dish on a huge plate or tray. If necessary, on the contrary, you can open only one short door to get something small. In this case, part of the refrigerator compartment remains covered, which means that the refrigerator loses cold more slowly and consumes less electricity.

The freezer compartment of a multi-door refrigerator can be of a pull-out type, in the form of several drawers: this design allows you to better keep cold without defrosting all compartments of the freezer at once when you open the door.

The freezer with No Frost technology eliminates the need for forced defrosting.

The French arrangement of the refrigerator doors is an excellent solution for non-standard modern design, a small kitchen, as well as for placing a refrigerator in a narrow hallway or corridor.
