The recommended storage temperature for food in the freezer is -18 degrees Celsius. But what about high-moisture foods that need to be frozen very quickly?

Liebherr  engineers are constantly looking for solutions that make the use of equipment more convenient. And the Liebherr technique also has convenient steps for each case:

  • The temperature in the freezer can be adjusted manually: the electronic panel allows you to change the temperature setting in 1 degree Celsius increments. The standard scale is -15 to -24 degrees.
  • Blast freezing modes - necessary when the product requires instant hardening. For this, there is the SuperFrost option, which allows the equipment to work in modes up to -34 degrees Celsius, or lower the temperature in the chamber to this mark immediately after placing the products there, and then, when the products have cooled and hardened, return to -18.
